Personal Data Protection

1. The company NFK Marketing & Management, a.s., having its registered seat at Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Prague 1, Corporate no. 26439697, registered in the Commercial Register held by the Municipal Court in Prague, Dept. B, file 7140, processes in the case of a business transaction of the purchase of tickets for entry to the social event defined below pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection, as amended, the following personal data:
   • given name and surname
   • e-mail address
   • telephone
2. It is necessary to process the given name, surname, e-mail address and telephone for sending electronic tickets to the social event Garden Party held on 08 September 2019 at the farm Levín, Hvězdonice 53, 257 24 as well as for sending the reply to any questions you may have. Such processing is afforded by the provisions of Sec 5(2)(b) of the Personal Data Protection Act. NFK Marketing & Management a.s. shall process this personal data for a period of two years.
3. Processing of personal data is performed by NFK Marketing & Management a.s., i.e. the administrator of personal data, but possible other providers of processing software, services and applications not currently utilized by the company may potentially process personal data on behalf of this company.
4. Please be aware that pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right:
   • to require information from us regarding what personal data we process about you,
   • to require of us explanation regarding personal data processing,
   • to request from us access to such data and have it updated or modified,
   • in case of doubt regarding the upholding of the obligations relating to personal data processing, to turn to us or to the Office for Personal Data Protection.
